What do you do if you have to jump out of bed first thing in the morning? I had to jump up and get my dog or else he would have woken the baby up.
Now what do I do? Temp anyway? Call it a bad day and try tomorrow? It's 6am so I'm not going to get anymore sleep. Lol

If it was something pretty uninvolved like going to the bathroom quickly, I'd just temp afterwards. But if I had to go downstairs I'd do whatever I could to temp first.

Agreed. Even if it was hours early I always temped before I got out of bed, if possible. If you weren't able to and can go back to bed, as long as you can sleep another two hours or more you can just temp when you get up again.

Temp anyway! Something is better than nothing. I had days where LO woke up right before I was going to temp and I did before and after out of curiosity. Not a huge difference for me.

Try temping anyway and see what a difference it makes. I found waking up early didn't make a big difference for me but getting up out of bed did. I think everyone is slightly different.

Temp anyway, and record the number and the fact that you got out of bed. Then you can look back after this month and see if it makes a difference or not.
