So of course I thought we had dodged the four month sleep regression, largely because LO had never STTN. I didn't consider her a bad sleeper though, she just woke twice a night to eat and went back easily, and usually gave us at least a 5 hour stretch to start the night.

The last week, right after she hit 23 weeks, she has been sleeping terribly. Up 4+ times a night - last night she was up almost every hour! - and tough to settle back. She did also have some type of minor illness last weekend that preceded this. It could have also been teething, but she seems fine during the day until the evening hours. She is also kind of more wound up during the day and is babbling a lot more all of a sudden. Her day sleep has been the same as it always is - which is not a lot.

We still nurse to sleep, but in the past she was able to put herself back to sleep when she woke in the night and after night feedings.

Did anyone else go through this at this time? Any insight? I;m not sure how much I subscribe to the wonder weeks but this coincided almost to the day she hit 23 weeks.
