Am I the only one that doesn't really care for them?
nectarine / 2932 posts
@Smurfette: No, I'm not a fan of them either!
I am a fan of love though - so congrats to them

@Smurfette: ha I was going to say "I am sure I am the only one who likes them"
I know most dont like them!
nectarine / 2600 posts
@Smurfette: same. I'm still bitter about Jennifer Aniston! lol But yeah, at least they didn't go all Kimye about it.

They seem truly happy. They both do more for humanitarian and philanthropic causes than other other celeb I can think of. Good for them!

I love their love for each other and their children.
one thing that has always bothered me though is Angelina saying she wouldn't be attracted to a man that cheated on his wife when asked if she and Brad had an affair. Was she counting sex as cheating only? Clearly he checked out of his marriage as soon as he was checking for Angelina. Emotional affairs are cheating IMO.

I like that it wasn't a huge to do with paparazzi and e network specials and everything. I can't say I love them or anything, but you can't deny that they both make a point of using their celebrity status to do good. Good for them.

@dreamocracy: all of their children have a combo last name Jolie Pitt, but I think Brad was quoted saying until all people can marry they wouldn't marry.

More power to them. They seem to be truly in love and I love that they did this without any fuss. I find them a bit annoying at times, but overall, I think they do a lot of good for the world so who am I to say anything other than congratulations and best wishes!

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: Yeah, this also bothers me about them. With them, they were so obvious and callous about it. I never liked them for that. How are they any different from a couple that got together when still coupled with other people?

Meh, good for them!
Am I the only one who can't believe Pitt is 50????

I love them both. I've loved them both before they became a couple and like them as a team. Angelina's humanitarian work more than makes up for the fact that I need her to be back to Lara Croft size. I wrote a poem to Angelina, I still want her to read it.
I never understood Jennifer Aniston as his wife (probably because I never got why people are so into her). If Brad did emotionally cheat on Jennifer that sucks but just because people are humanitarians doesn't mean they aren't human.
I never thought they would get married because of their stance on gay marriage, but I like that they did it for their kiddies.

Not really a fan of either of them anymore, but good for them for getting married! Their kids had been asking for years apparently.

Good for them. I was wondering when it was going to happen.

I don't think it matters whether I personally care for them or not. I think they seem very happy. Good for them. I wish them many more years of happiness.

@mrsjazz: I like them ,too. I even like Jennifer Aniston. I just figure, shit happens and it didn't work out! That happens to everyone at some point with something or someone.

@.twist.: I agree! I read an interview with him once abd he flat out said that his marriage to Jen was already over emotionally anyway. Shit happens and not all marriages work. It's been 9 years and they've both moved on....

I'll admit I was a bit judge-y about how they got together. I really liked friends and so I liked Jenn.
It was a long time ago and they are still together and I really like how they use their fame to spread awareness and the few times they do comment on things such as parenthood, they seem very down to earth. So now I really like them and I am happy that they finally got married especially since their kids wanted that.
The one thing I wish is for Jenn to be happy to. Aka married with kids... I know that's not for everyone but that's kind of what I want for her. I know it's weird but I'm putting it out there!

@Raindrop: Did you see that interview Jennifer did about talking about her worth as a woman doesn't have to do with having children?

@mrsjazz: Very interesting. This made me feel better that I'm not the only that feels this way. But I do understand that marriage and children are not for everyone and I'm glad she's happy.
Darn it, I still want her married with kids!! I know I know... I'm getting on my crazy bus and riding it away from the thread. Haha.

I think it is CRAZY that you can't talk about Brad and Ang without bringing up Jen. It must be ridiculously annoying for her (Jen)
I am happy* for B&A - they seem like a great couple and do wonderful philanthropy work.
*as happy as I can be for a celebrity couple/ people I don't really know

The photos are in the new people and they are amazing! I love that she had her children's drawing sewn into her dress and veil.
