DH and I are now eating crazy healthy. We don't eat refined sugar at all (we use pure maple syrup or raw honey as sweetener), we cut out gluten and mainly eat veggies, fruits and proteins/meats. We love the change and it spurred my weight loss after being stuck for 3 months. I've been so happy with it.

BUT of course there are those foods I will never be able to surrender. I love them too much.

1) buffalo wings with bleu cheese
2) Chinese take out
3) Oreos
