I have a tilted (can't remember which way) uterus/cervix. Caused zero issues for conceiving; but some of the internal exams were rough ...especially one I had with a GP
OB said its not uncommon, presents no issues with TTC, which was definitely true for us. Hope this helps!

My Mum has one. She referred to as a "retroverted uterus", but I looked it up and its the same thing.
Because of it, she's not able to deliver children naturally. Had c-sections for both of her children. I'm not sure if this is true for everyone, though. She's had no other problems with her uterus or cervix, otherwise.
I'm hoping its not genetic, but no one has made mention of it during paps, though I haven't asked either.
ETA: She had no trouble conceiving. Your fertility is not affected by the position of your uterus.

Another here with one very tilted to the back, but we had no issues conceiving. My Dr said that it generally stands itself up as the baby fills out and not to worry. He also said it should cause no issues for delivery.

I don't know about my cervix but my uterus tilted backwards at first and we had no issues TTC. It had flipped forwards by 12wks.

I have a tilted cervix...it didn't get in the way of conceiving in general, but it did make IUIs impossible. 2 out of the 3 IUIs we did were a waste because the nurses never got the catheter in correctly.

I have one and had no issues with conceiving or giving birth. Wouldn't have even known it existed!

@LittleLashesToes: yep! I had 0 issues getting pregnant (much to my husband's dismay) and I found that my OB was much better at finding it than the nurse practitioner I had gone to most of my life had been! It really caused me no issues whatsoever at any time in our baby making and having journey.

I had one about 5 years ago. My dr said I had one when she was doing my Pap smear. I haven't had any luck TTC.
I thought I still had it but at my last IUI, I asked the dr about it and she said that my cervix/ uterus is back to normal. Not sure if it a cyclic thing or maybe it was just temporary.

Have one and didn't know it until I was pregnant! Was assured by my doc that it plays no role in fertility or child birth.
I'm not sure if it untilted post child birth. My doc said that can also happen.
