So I mailed L's birth announcements out last week and today at Easter a few people told me there was a big white spot on his head in one of the pictures. I was kind of bummed, and mad at myself for not looking at at them all first (all 100 of them!). I emailed tiny prints tonight just to let them know. They emailed me back in an HOUR on Easter (!) giving me a 25% refund on the order. I have to say, I'm pretty impressed.
