I always tip my colorist (Andrea) pretty well, but recently she's been having someone else wash my hair and dry it a little while she is putting color on another client. The woman who washed my hair is also the one who is running my credit card before I leave. I felt sort of awkward today giving her cash "for Andrea" as a tip and not tipping her too. Should I have tipped them both?

I get my hair colored frequently because I'm not brave enough to walk around with a full head of gray hair. It's a major splurge for our budget and I hate to keep tacking on more costs.
