My 27 month old has always been a late to bed-early to rise kid, averaging about 9-10 hours of sleep at night and a 2 hour nap (1-3, which she usually takes in full and we even have to wake her up in order to preserve bedtime).

Lately, she's been taking longer to settle down to sleep and I then have to wake her up in the morning. We put her down at 8, and she usually falls asleep around 8:30 and is up around 6-6:30. Lately she's taking until 9-9:15 to fall asleep, and I have to go in and wake her up in the morning to have enough time to get her ready and out the door. Is there any way to shift her back to an earlier bedtime? I hate to deprive her of sleep in the morning and we're already cutting her nap, since it pushes bedtime even later if we don't. We tried putting her down earlier and later but her bedtime hasn't ever changed - she's ready when she's ready, it seems.
