Much love to you, mama. Struggling to breastfeed, and the guilt and depression that resulted, was one of the toughest things I've ever had to go through. That article was one of the things that really helped me. (And still really helps - I'm only a month out from making the decision, for my own sanity, to switch to 100% formula. I've mostly come to peace with my choice, but sometimes it's still a painful thing to think about.) Thanks for sharing it!

Mind, my FF baby wouldn't take a bottle in my arms after the first few weeks - I had to put her in her bouncy chair and feed her face to face. But the beating heart sentiment was sweet all the same!
