Hey guys!

Following on from @rawrasaur: and her fab activity last week, we made some sensory bottles today!

Same as last week, if you make them please feel free to let us know how you got on and whether your LO liked them!
Any volunteers for next week?

Sensory Bottles - Sensory Activity

Materials:
Empty water bottles (I used 3)
Craft materials such as pipe cleaners, beads, glitter, sequins, googly eyes, cut up foil, rice, pasta... anything you like!
Glue gun
Food colouring
Water
Funnel (optional but makes pouring easier)

Process:
Fill the bottles with water and add a variety of colours and textures to each. Screw lids back on and glue down if you're worried about your LO getting the lid off. You can also do them without the water so your LO can experiment with sounds and shaking. Let child play!

The bottles I made contained:
* Large wooden beads, pipe cleaners bent in half/scrunched into balls
* Googly eyes, small beads, sequins, pipe cleaners curled around my fingers, glitter
* Blue food colouring, vegetable oil and glitter to create a lava lamp (looks rubbish in the picture but was very pretty up close)
