Do you make a lot of soups?
My DD loves galbi tang, samgaetang, sullung tang, fish jun, zucchini jun.. steamed egg. she LOVES plain rice with kim too.

@chopsuey119: who DOESN'T like plain rice and gim? I don't want LO eating THAT much kim (i gave her a few pieces), so i put the bag away and said, "sorry it's all gone." She was not happy.
LO loooves myulchi broth (which will allow me to add veggies, egg, quinoa, whatever), japchae (but i need to cut up the noodles a lot), steamed egg, miyuk guk.

@Freckles: so my daughter will eat an entire pack of it in one sitting. at least 6 big sheets? (With rice) Hahaha uh sodium overload
I don't give it to her often so it's ok

Ooh jook is another easy one that can be super nutritious!
I mix white and brown rice. Add corn, peas, carrots, broccoli, onions, egg and sweet potato. She loves it.

@chopsuey119: I have to check the brand i have at home, but it's not as salty as some of the other brands i've tried. My LO has a big rice belly.

@Freckles: haha my mom always brings a ton of it from la. It's made and packaged out there. Olive oil and not too much salt either!

I'm not korean but we cook a lot of korean food..
bulgogi, miyuk guk, kongnamul bap, tofu banchan are all very popular with my kids. Also dwengjang jigae. We make it all non-spicy.
