My 19 month old has been refusing her nap for the last week. She would randomly refuse previously, but hasn't had a nap in her crib now for probably 8-9 days. She 100% needs the nap, she's exhausted, but starts to freak out as soon as she's in the crib. The room is dark ( tin foil on the windows ) there's no toys in her crib aside from her glow worm and her ducky. Nothing in her daily routine has changed. I have a 5 week old baby and my toddler needs to nap so I can nap, I'm starting to go crazy! I read some sleep blogs yesterday and a lot suggested a white noise machine, so I bought one yesterday and have it on. Any tips? When we go for a walk in the afternoon she's been instantly falling asleep in the stroller or carrier, but I don't feel like it's a deep enough sleep for her ( or long enough ) as she's still miserable after. I'd love any suggestions or ideas or anything! I've been leaving her in her crib for at least an hour so that she stays in the routine of going in there, but she just cries the whole time
