We have a bean bag, an anywhere chair, and the mini recliner you posted above (in a different pattern). This recliner had gotten the most use by far. The bean bag almost never gets used and the anywhere chair she has just started to use in the last few months but still not much. LO is 22 months.

I have seen that one at Homegoods! I actually DON"T think it's that great for kids, because it's a rocker--I could totally see my LO trying to jump into it or off it and it rocking and him falling off. ETA oh wait is that one not a rocker? in that case, never mind!

We have a PBK anywhere chair and he loves it. There are beanbag chairs at the place we do classes and he LOVES those too--loves jumping into them. So I really think you can't go wrong with either!

My husband and I lived with a friend for almost a year and got to watch her little girl grow- she learned to walk rigth after we moved in, and was learning some words when we left.
She is the most adorable gorgeous little girl I have ever seen.

She had a giant beanbag dog in her house, and the grandparents bought her one of those armchairs to have at their house.

I think the beanbag was much more popular. She'd share it with the dogs, always fall asleep in it in some really odd positions sometimes, and she'd watch that gaba tv show in it.

She ignored the armchair for quite a while, until she realized it was a chair, and it was specially for her. I think she ended up loving it.

I vote for a bean bag. It may or may not be a choice biased by owning a store-bought denim pear-shaped one in the past (most comfortable thing EVER) and having recently sewn my own.
I can't use it now at Grandad's because the dogs will pee on it It's a fabulous velvetly sage green.

Go beanbag!
Or, buy the chair, and then make a beanbag and have both! Beanbags are super simple.

@Foodnerd81: We got it at Homegoods. She does recline in it We have it next to our recliner in the living room and she loves to sit in hers and tell us to put the bottom up and then tell us to sit in ours and recline at the same time. It is so cute!

ETA the only thing I don't like about it, is part of our is white (what were we thinking) and it is hard to keep clean with a toddler. And the cup holder doesn't fit any of her cups.

We have both, a FatBoy beanbag and a toddler armchair (anywhere chair).

My son uses the beanbag as a landing pad, for when he launches himself off the couch, not my favorite use, lol.

@Foodnerd81: Hahaha, yes, it's not the cutest... definitely not like the adorable beanbags and little armchairs!

@Foodnerd81: It could be, maybe? Child chairs are MUCH smaller than adult versions. I just personally abhor hand sewing. So I guess it depends on if you feel like spending time on it. Maybe you could borrow a machine, or have someone make it for you?
