My cousin-in-law's daughter, who is three, looked at DH's aunt recently and said, "OH! You have blueberries for eyes! You have blueberry eyes!" She was just fascinated by such a blue eye color, and DH's aunt said she never felt so beautiful

2 yr old LO said she was looking for treasure. I said, who, me? I am your treasure. She said no, you are just my mommy. I am looking for gold doubloons.

When I was pregnant with Chloe, my youngest cousin was three. His brother was 5. We called my aunt & uncle to tell them we were pregnant, and they put us on speakerphone so we could tell the boys.

3yo said, "Ugh, I hope it's not a GIWLLLLL."
5yo said, "Can we eat pizza for dinner, papa?"

Then, when we found out it *was* a girl, I asked the 3yo (now 4) what we should name the baby and he said, "Girrly Vincent" and that's what he called Chloe until she was born. (His name is Vinny)
