Anyone know the recipe for tripple nipple cream? I know you can make it using OTC meds but haven't found the recipe. My midwives recommended it for sore nipples during breastfeeding.

I got one compounded at my pediatricians office. I think it was nystatin, topical steroid and a lanolin substitute (I'm allergic to lanolin).

This cream works wonders for sore nipples and as an antibacterial cream for your nipples when there are cracks and sores.
