Miserably overdue. 4 cm dilated and 2 weeks past my due date. Can't sleep, walk or sit comfortably. Every time I turn over in bed it's excruciating pain. When I walk it feels like she's in my birth canal and the pressure is insane. Sitting feels like I'm on her head, using the bathroom hurts as she is pressing hard on my bladder. I'm so tired and sore and cranky right now. Wish labour would start already! I hate everyone and everything at this point, especially women who were due later than me and go in early. Anyone else ever felt this way?

I'll be going in for a membrane sweep tomorrow. Hopefully that moves things along! This is my fifth baby and I wasn't expecting to go this far past my due date.

Yes I went to 41+5 and I was a miserable human being starting around 40+3... The end is near though!!!

Thank you, me too! I just checked my cervix and I could feel the baby's head. She's pushing my bladder forward as well as it's bulging. No wonder peeing hurts!

Ahhhh I thought 4 days over due with a toddler at home was hard and here you are 2 weeks over due with 4 other kids to take care of - I'm not worthy! Sending labor vibes! #2 was born after a sweep, good luck!

Was monitored overnight in hospital due to bleeding. All is good but had membrane sweep this morning. Also took castor oil so we will see what happens!

@1BusyMama: Holy cow...I had the mentality that I wasn't allowed to get cranky until after my due date...because it's there for a reason. But, you being 2 weeks overdue, you have every right to be cranky! Hoping that this is it for you mama! I'm surprised they haven't induced you yet!

My induction is in a few days if I don't manage to go in on my own. I'm doubting I'll need an induction, I've been getting lots of contracts and pressure and bleeding so hopefully we are getting there! -

How much longer can a cervix stay at 4cm without releasing a baby?! Ive only had one delivery but could you be in a very long pre-labour? I can't help the feeling that your body is clearly doing SOMETHING and by the time you actually go into labour it'll go super fast.

No advice except hang in there mama! I'm nowhere near my due date and I'm already getting miserable. I thought my first pregnancy was uncomfortable but if seems it gets worse with each one. I'm sure at your 5th, you are DONE with being pregnant at 2 weeks late. Hope that little one has or is making an entrance to the world soon!!
