Anyone have a Trunki or a Skootcase? How old was your LO when they were able to ride it? Do you recommend it?

I saw 2 kids in MCO with these - maybeee 2/3 and 5 ish? It seemed like a pain. They were goofing around with them in security line and (separate issue) were totally ignoring their parents, riding them into the backs of the legs of the people in front of them, etc. seemed like a cool idea but at least with that family it didn't seem to be that great, lol

Waste! We saw kids with then on our last flight, the trunki one kept popping open.
If you fly a lot, you won't use those. They're not really stable enough to pull through an airport and if you have to hustle to make a connection and you have to haul it, the case itself is heavy.

I recently bought the trunki for our cruise next summer. (driving to the port in FL.) I wouldn't take it in an airport, especially not mine (Atlanta) too much going on.LOL! She can ride it now, at 2.

i bought DS the trunk, but more for a cute suitcase, not so much riding on. but he does ride on it in the house, and loves it.
