Has anyone had experience with stopping the mini pill to TTC?
Currently I am 11m pp and no period. LO only feeds 2 times a day (the rest formula) and sleeps through the night. I expected to have my period back by now?
Since I want to stop BC in Nov I am considering just staying on the mini pill. How long did it take you to regulate after stopping?

I re-regulated immediately, which surprised me as I was one of the people who didn't have a period the whole time I was on it.

I regulated quickly too. I always get my period on the mini pill but the last time I took it before TTC, I hadn't gotten one in a few months. So I stopped and got my period a few weeks later.

You'll probably regulate quickly. if you aren't nursing very much, the mini pill loses its effectively (only about 80%, the other 20% comes from the hormones released while nursing, but you can still ovulate if you aren't nursing frequently). I hope it comes back for you soon!

I was on the mini pill for almost 2 years. Period came back at 10 months PP, BF my son until he was 13 months. Went off the pill about 2 months before actively TTC and was pregnant 5 cycles after going off the pill.

I went off the mini pill at 6 months postpartum, but didn't have a period until 9.5 months pp, and I'm still regulating (12 months pp)...

I am not TTC, but by ob/gyn said that being on the minipill combined with breastfeeding would delay my period more than just breastfeeding would. I also think the minipill gets out of your system quickly, this is why it is important to take it at the same time every day.

I am somewhat weird in that I was on the mini-pill before ever getting pregnant/having a child, so my response doesn't have anything to do with BFing! But, I was on the mini-pill for about a year (on BCP in general for about 10 years) and never got a period while on the mini-pill. After stopping, I got my period back the next month.
