Just got my first Tula and I'm in love! However I want to know if DS looks ok or if I need to wait until he's a smidge bigger? I have a blanket under his bum to help him sit up a little, he's almost 13 lbs and I know tulas are recommended 15 lbs. I'm hoping the blanket will be enough as I don't want to buy the infant insert to use for maybe a month.

He looks fine! If you want you can fold the top of the Tula over/down so it doesn't hit so high on the back of his head, but you don't have to do that.

The first photo looks like he may need another small blanket but the others look good so I'm guessing it's just the angle! I love that print! I call my LO my little rascal, and am constantly having to tak myself out of buying it.

G is the same weight, I use an A&A swaddle blanket and then another receiving blanket rolled up together to give a smidge more boost for her.
