    @Adira: So far our thread is 2 of 6, so we're batting 33% right now!

    @Alivoo01: Your Hunger Games reference makes me really want to form an alliance with you.

    @JoJoGirl: ok, that's more what I was thinking! Yea, 3 more BFP!

    And, also, it's just a stat. Doesn't mean that the baby store closes and a fourth person can't get one too! ;P

    I don't want to screw the stats because I'm a late joiner to the thread but I POAS today and got a BFP!!

    Ok, someone tell me what to do. I have a pack of three digital tests that have a 90% accuracy two days before missed period and 95% accuracy one day before. Today is dpo 12. AF is due dpo 14.
    I'm dying. I want to test to bad. I took a cheapie strip this morning and it was a BFN.
    But on the other hand, I want to wait until the 14th because if it's a BFN I'll have another day to be happy.

    I've been super tired the last couple days, and the smells of any chemicals (laundry detergent, window cleaner, my husband's deodorant) make me feel sick. But I don't know if that means anything...

    Ug. What should I do?

  14. Grace

    cantaloupe / 6730 posts

    @Arden: In this situation, I always tell myself to wait until tomorrow morning. That way you have the best chance of a positive, 'cause it'll be FMU. And then by morning, you might be able to wait until Day 14 (yes, I try to trick myself).

  15. Adira

    wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts

    @Arden: I agree with @Grace. At least wait until tomorrow for FMU, and then in the morning, if you can, wait until the next day!

    Do you usually have any symptoms 1-2 days before AF arrives? Maybe you'll have a clue as to whether she's going to show up without testing?

    Good luck!!! I hope you see your BFP soon!

    Hello everyone! I am a transfer from Weddingbee...well I haven't transferred yet, I'm doing both for now. Just thought I'd check in and say hi! I'm sitting at 13 DPO and fighting a test. I am a charter, soft-cup user and a strong believer in supplements. (I will be doing OPK's if no BFP this cycle). It is our second cycle after an early miscarriage from our first cycle trying. Good luck to everyone this month, and congratulations to all those BFP's so far!

    @Arden: I'd just test with the cheapie strips. Don't bother with the digital unless you think you see a line.

    @mrsh congratulations!

    I'm out. AF showed up right after my last post. I've been visiting my family for the past 12 days and decided to come home a day early to surprise my husband. Of course AF had to show up an hour before I got home! She couldn't have given me one more day?

    @MrsH: congrats again! what's your edd? join our february mamas thread.

    @Arden: I took a dollar tree test (it was the only other kind I had at home) the morning I got a really faint second line on a cheapie walgreens test. the dollar tree test was a bfn, but I was sure I saw a little line on that Walgreens test. I went out right then and got a pack of digitals and all three were positive! I think they're more sensitive, so I would try!

    @dharmainitiative: welcome!

    @sslm: Yay for high temps!

    @Arden: I would try and hold off on testing as well unless you have the cheapie ones. I know it's hard to resist testing, but you only have a couple days left. Hang in there!!

    @Leialou: Sorry to hear diablo arrived (early!). Wishing next month is your month!

    I'm 10 DPO (4 days before diablo is scheduled to make an appearance), and aren't experiencing any pregnancy symptoms (I also don't temp) so I'm starting to feel a little pessimistic. I plan on testing on Friday. If it's a BFN then I won't test again until the day after diablo is scheduled to appear. Still holding onto hope, but eh. :\

    @MrsH: Congrats!! So exciting!

    Small update, my bleeding finally stopped so I am going to try and go in and see my doctor this week! So hard to call and schedule an appointment while sitting in a cube where 10 people can hear every word I say

    @Modern Daisy: I hear you. I always leave my building to make those kinds of calls! It's annoying. Glad you've stopped bleeding!!!

    Not much of an update here. Took another test this am since I'm roughly 17DPO and it was again BFN. I'm pretty much certain I'm out. Looks like AF will be along again around CD36 this month maybe. If that's the case I should expect her around Friday.
    I've got sensitive Nips (sorry TMI), heavy boobs, slight bloat, break out and a bit moody...all clear cut signs of AF on the horizon.
    Now, to keep waiting and decide if I need to take a break from OPK's for cycle 4 or continue on.

    Hey you guys, could use some love, this is such a long rambling blargh- my chart is SO effing weird this month and I've been using OPKs since CD 7 (now at CD 13) and have gone from almost positive at CD 9 to not even close to positive now I got drunk on Friday night bc my best friend got engaged and my temp was waaaaay low the next morning so now I'm having trouble figuring if/when I ovulated (I O'd on CD11-12 last cycle) and have just HAD IT with everything! DH and I got into an argument while BD-ing this am and I am just feeling so sad and frustrated with this whole process and feeling like it is never going to happen. Sob. And on top of everything, my thermometer seems to be going all wonky so I have no idea if my temps are even accurate...Ugh! Here's this months chart and last months' chart, just...well, I don't know why I'm sharing it but I am...

    @sslm: very promising!! Thinking good thoughts for you!

    @Trailmix: Sounds like you need a hug! Hang in there! Maybe your thermometer needs a new battery. Mine died a while back and I was getting all kinds of odd temps before that.

    @Trailmix: Hugs to you!! I don't know how to read those charts, but I totally understand the frustration of just not knowing what is going on. Try putting in a new battery like Mrs. Blue suggested and do something to make yourself feel better like buy a new pair of shoes

    cantaloupe / 6397 posts

    @Trailmix: I'm sorry! I'm pretty new to charting temps, but I have always based O on cm before. Since you're still reporting ewcm, I'm thinking you haven't O'd yet and it could be stress related!!!! Big hugs and I hope you feel better soon. I know it's so stressful but in the end it'll be worth it
