My 4 mos son recently got his second round of shots and his doctor said he could take infant tylenol in case of pain or fever, but there is no such thing. There's children's tylenol but its says 2 yrs and over. For anyone younger, they said consult your doctor.
Does this mean you can't give your infant Tylenol?
If not, what pain relieve/fever meds, do you recommend?

I bought generic brand infant acetaminophen at Walmart and it specifically said it was for infants. I don't know if they make Infant Tylenol (the brand) but I know that they have infant acetaminophen (the generic brand). Maybe try asking the pharmacist? Cause I specifically remember giving my son (who was 6 months old at the time) infant acetaminophen before his shots.

There is infant tylenol! But it still will say consult a doctor because dosage is based on weight.

My pediatrician gave us a prescription for infant Tylenol so we got it directly from the pharmacy...it definitely exists!

I bought infant tylenol from the pharmacy section at Wal-Mart, it has the weight and dose printed right on the bottle, I am in Canada though, so I am not sure if it is different in the US.

I just bought generic Walgreens infant acetaminophen. It was in the baby section.

You have to buy infant acetaminophen. For some reason Tylenol brand doesn't actually make it anymore from what I've heard. Any of the generic brands are fine though.

I bought the Little Remedies brand infant Acetaminophen (http://www.littleremedies.com/products/fever_and_pain/fever_and_pain_reliever) in the baby med section of Target, and called the doctor to ask how much I should give LO.

Yeah my doctor prescribed acetominphen she didnt really care which brand so I bought the Little remedies brand as well. I try to avoid tylenol brand because they constantly have recalls.

I have prescribed infant tylenol called Mapap. My ped said any infant acetaminophen is fine. Just follow the dosage chart.
