Just ordered ours for the Spring/Summer. We're a ways off from entering dbl stroller land, so I figured I'd splurge on an umbrella one for DS in the mean time.
Do you have it? Do you love it?

Have it. Love it.
Kinda want to sell it and get the Mountain Buggy Nano now though.

@oliviaoblivia: Can I ask why? We're looking at umbrella strollers now...
pineapple / 12793 posts
@tinyperson: It folds twice and fits in an overhead compartment on an airplane. I'm paranoid about things getting broken in the baggage hold.

Have it and love it as well!! DS seems so much more comfortable in it than our B-Agile.

I have it and I like it okay. Certainly it's much easier and lighter than dealing with my Vista, which is a definitely plus - though any umbrella stroller would fit that criteria. I wish it were a slightly smoother ride, but I think most umbrellas are slightly bumpy since they're just not as massive.

@oliviaoblivia: we were actually going back and forth between the two. I think we'll end up with the G-lux only because the canopy on the nano looks miniature! Does it not? I haven't seen it in person.

@CupQuakeWalk: Good point! I haven't seen it in person yet. Our G-Luxe is only three months old. DH would kill me if I bought another stroller.

@oliviaoblivia: yeeeeah, one time DH came home in the middle of the day to find me loading up our brand new baby swing into a Craigslist person's trunk. He wasn't so pleased.

@oliviaoblivia: Me too (about the paranoia)! I'll have to show this one to DH...he's been endlessly researching
Do you know if it comes with a rain cover?

@tinyperson: no idea. I got an email about it from Moms To Be and More a couple days ago and was all...."hmmm. Mama needs another stroller!"

We've had it for 2 years and LOVE it!!! Large canopy is great and the recline is perfect for a napping baby. It's lightweight, easy to fold and I really like that it stands folded.

@mrsjyw: Jealous! I wanted this one but DH wouldn't let me spend that much since he still wants the Bob as the main stroller. I don't, it is so huge.

Love it! We have it in teal. We have the Vista, too, but DD1 prefers the Gluxe. UB guarantees replacement if you check your G-series in theit travel bag and it gets damaged.

@mrsjyw: That's the color I would've gotten if we had a boy! We have the Makena pinkish-purple color.

@oliviaoblivia: that looks similar to the Quinny Zapp, which also folds twice and fits in a carry on bag!
It doesn't recline though.

@Smurfette: we only have a graco literider so DH has no say he can object when i start browing dbl strollers later
@lawbee11: would've done teal (boy) or the magenta (girl)..but figured orange is gender neutral (FX for future babies too!)

@oliviaoblivia: That info totally sells me on that stroller. Now if only I had a baby to travel with.

Have it and love how small it folds. Only beef is that we've only had it since October with minimal usage and the tires are already squeaking. That is a common problem I hear though. Still totally worth it!

I was looking at getting one, but on all the photos I've seen, the back always seems to be at a recline, so the kid isn't sitting pretty much upright. Is this the case?
squash / 13764 posts
@illumina: nope the back is pretty straight! Not like stick straight, but straight so the child is not reclined the whole time.
We have the teal and love it! Dh prefers it to the vistA.
