Trying to get pictures off my phone onto my computer but when I try to copy them over its only finding 20 of them and I have over 2K - what the heck is going on????

Lots of other factors that could be impacting this. Are you connection through a Mac or PC. Are you connecting through iTunes? Is your software up to date?

@T.H.O.U.: tried downloading ITunes and it says error - ugh!
