I just put in a request at meetup.com to join a local play group. I feel like LO is starting to get to an age where it'd be good for her to be around other babies and for me to be around other moms. She seems to be settling into her naptime routine more every day and she's becoming more aware of her surroundings (7 months).

I'm nervous because I'm not great at meeting people. I'm probably better than before I had LO but still, I'm a fairly shy individual. Hopefully I'll be able to go to one of these meetups in the next couple of weeks and hopefully it'll go well.
