Thanks everyone! I did go out and buy condoms and a pack of pregnancy tests. I took one last night, but it was negative. I'm going to wait until next week to test again, since I think it's still really early.

I've never charted before. I took birth control pills until the month we started trying. We got pregnant right away, and it was about 10 days before I thought I'd be ovulating, so I really had no clue. My cycle was really erratic for the first few months when it returned and has started to even out over the past months, but I still don't chart or record it.

It was just really weird to spot yesterday. It was just once when I used the bathroom and then gone, just like last time I was pregnant. DH and I would welcome a new baby, it just isn't a great time (DH might get cut from his school at the end of the year) and we wanted to have our kids about 3 years apart. I thought about getting an IUD or going back on the pill once I was done nursing, but my current health insurance covers absolutely nothing to prevent pregnancy. I joke that they won't even toss you a condom. It seems weird to me, since they covered 100% of prenatal care and delivery, but unless I switch to my work's coverage (which is more expensive and covers less overall) I can't get any help with birth control.

I wish we had self checkout here. I had a college age cashier give me a funny look, but thankfully he didn't say anything.
