LO has had this rashy oval under his chin for a few days and breastmilk or lotion doesn't seem to be helping. Does it look familiar to anyone? Wondering if its yeast, we got rid of a yeast diaper rash a little bit ago...

When my LO had that it was a drool rash. We tried to keep it dry (hard to do!) and put lotion on it. Maybe try coconut oil?

Looks like a drool rash. I put lanolin or diaper cream on it and it usually clears up!

@artbee: @tinyperson: thanks ladies! i didn't think a drool rash would be a "shape" like that but he's cutting a tooth so I think you're right and coconut oil seems to be helping.
