walmart is the same. you can use any competitor's coupon at walmart too. so, if you don't have a chance to get to target you can use your target coupons at walmart. you can stack your manufacturer's coupon on top of competitor's coupons as well. they also do ad/price matching for items that may be on sale somewhere else, but aren't associated with a coupon.

Target has a bunch of places you can get target coupons from, their website, their mobile coupons, and the shop kick app. Many of the mobile ones are for target brand items, so there wouldn't be anything to stack with, but often they'll be something like $5 off a women's denim purchase and you can find some 70% off jeans that you can use the coupon on to make them close to free! Loooove it! Have your hubs sign up with his phone too so you get double the coupons.
