We returned from a two week vacation in which I EBF about a week ago. Since being back at work, my pumping output is about 3-4oz less. I am trying to increase my pumping output back to where it was before since right now I'm having to dip into my freezer stash each day to cover his bottles for daycare. I am increasing my water intake, eating oatmeal every weekday morning and am going to try power pumping during my middle pumping session. Any other thoughts?
