I finally decided on the gifts for the 4 teachers at my son's daycare. Each one will get a small box of chocolate and the ladies will get a hand cream. I need a second small gift for the one male teacher, any ideas?

I'm with @Reese: Maybe a more masculine lotion? Hands get crazy dry when you wash them 8 million times a day, even if you are a guy
My dh is always stealing my lotion in the winter, and he works in an office, not a daycare.

Lip balm like Carmex or non-fruity/ floral scented hand sanitizer or Airborne.

I think the Weleda packaging is really nuetral. Anything from there would be in line, I think.

A masculine hand cream or hand sanitizer. Some of the guys at my office love the Ocean for Men scent from Bath and Body Works, which you can get as a hand sanitizer, lotion, body spray, etc.

Thanks for the ideas! I guess I never really think of men using beauty products since my DH and other male friends don't really seem to use them (other than the typical shaving and hair care stuff).
