Have any of you had issues with this thermoter. I've only used it a handful of times and today I went to check LO's temp since she has been congested and coughing AGAIN! anyway I turned it on and the screen lit up and then went off. And now it wont come on at all. I am really dissapointed with this. Am I supposed to change the battery or something? I've only used it a few times though so I'm surprised it would just stop working like that

The only time we had issues with ours was when my husband would clean it by running it under water and it got water inside the casing. We had to buy a new one but once we changed how we cleaned it we've had no issues.

No we didnt run water on it. and I am so annoyed! I called their customer service and they said I should sent it back to them and then once they receive it they will mail me another one in 4 weeks! I dont want to wait 4 weeks for another one. What kind of customer service is that?
