DH really wants some kind of video camera before the babies are born. I kind of want to surprise him with one for his birthday since he's mentioned several times how much he wants one, but I'm kind of clueless about camcorders.
What kind of video camera do you have and would you recommend it or not? Anything I should specifically look for in a video camera?

We use a Flip Ultra HD video camera which isn't being made any more. It's good enough, but often the videos come out darker than we think they will, so I would make sure that whichever camera you pick is good in low light situations, as you won't always be filming your LOs outside or in a bright room, and you'll want to make sure you get good quality pictures.
