What kind of video monitor does everyone use? I looked at the guides but we would really like one under $200.

We use the Motorola MBP 36 and we love it! This one is a little over your budget, but the MBP 33 model with the smaller screen fits your budget.

I absolutely love our motorola.
the LOs I nanny for have an older style black and white, flat screen summer infant. no handheld piece, this one plugs into the wall. I'd estimate 7" screen? really cool to see but definitely has interception problems - it'll make loud static if it's just in just the right spot.
