My 7 month old will often throw me a curve ball and wake up early from a nap. When this happens what is more important... Wake time until bedtime? Or preserving a consistent bedtime?
Example- she is put down for her second nap at 1. On a perfect day final nap lasts until 3:30 for a 7pm bedtime. But she then wakes too early at 1:40. Do you hold out for a 7 pm bedtime pushed a bit earlier to maybe 6:30? Or fit in another nap in the 4pm hour and spoils bedtime until often 9pm?
