My LO, Baylen, is just over 15 weeks and we've hit some bumps in the road to night sleeping. For a few weeks he was sleeping from around 8pm-2am, waking for a feeding, and going back to sleep for a couple more hours.
Recently though, he's started going to bed between 8-9pm and waking at 12am for a feeding, then waking every 2 hours after that. In the past couple of days, his 1st waking time has started to shift earlier and earlier, so that now he is going to sleep and waking up 1-2hours after that (and then subsequently every 2 hours afterwards).

The women in my mom's group often talk about a period of 4 month wakefulness that seems to occur as babies are starting to learn to do many news things. Most of them have LO's that wake 5-8 times per night starting around 4 months and usually lasting for the whole month (or longer).

Baylen sleeps in his RNP, in our room, with white noise and swaddled. On top of waking a lot during the night, he has also started to wake at every little noise that happens in the room. If DH gets into bed, he wakes up. If I toss in my sleep, he wakes up. If the dog shakes her head, he wakes up.

I know it's just a phase, and things will change as quickly as they did for us to get here...but just wanted to hear if anyone has any tips/tricks, or wants to commiserate with me haha?
