Easy. But I also gave birth to a 4.5 pound baby boy after 3 pushes. I didn't realize I was in labor (because I wasn't supposed to be!) until I was at a 9.

I got the epi at 7 cms, but up until then I was thinking, this isn't that bad... I kind of wish I had held off because the epi gave me a fever and stopped my labor.
