Charlie was sunny-side up but I had a c-section with him.
Olive was facing down and I had a VBAC with her. Supposedly it is much harder to push out a sunny side up baby!

Facing down! And it STILL took two hours of pushing! 14.5 inch head. OW.

I have no idea! I'm assuming down since no one said anything. Down is the "norm," right?
@mrsjyw: Xander had a big head too! 38 cm!

I don't know either. I do know he was born with his hand next to his head (ouch).

Sunny side up. It was the worst. I may cry if LO#2 is sunny-side up again. Although, i have a friend who pushed out her sunny-side up baby in 30 minutes!

Sunny side up and at an odd angle - he was really wedged in there and was born (giant episiotomy & vacuum) with a collapsed lung & subdural hematoma

Sunny side up, but OB turned her when we figured it out.

Sunny side up and angled funny like @rachiecakes: mentioned. He was born with a large hematoma, a ripped scalp from the vacuum, and head/neck issues once they finally got him out, and I had back labor and a huge mediolateral episiotomy to wedge him through.

She was down. I delivered on my hands and knees, so technically, her face was up!

Sideways! She came out facing the nurse who was taking pictures... always ready for a photo op.

Alice was sunny side up which was part of the reason it took so long to push her out! My OB tried to turn her, but she's stubborn. Blake was born via csection, but was facing my back.

He was face down, with a really pointy head haha. He came out in just a few pushes!

Sunny side up, ended up in a c-section due to her getting stuck. Both due to that + her size + my ridiculously narrow pelvis.

@Arden: same here! though I think she was sort of between sideways and face down. During labor I think she must have been sunny side up, because I had a lot of lower back pain. I have a pic that my mom took of her fingers coming out next to her head, like a little spider. Shudder. She only had one hand sticking out though, not two!
