Get toothpicks and make little flags for cupcake toppers. Or around straws. Make little mini bunting/pennant swag thing. Lol.

@abbydabbydoodlebug: I bought some cute paper straws. I like the idea around toothpicks. We are having meatballs, so we need toothpicks anyway.
