I've been working on hydrating, too. Only on my second cup, since it's tea, though. But i have another 3 sitting next to me! It's gym day, so i need some water!

I was just noticing how itchy my skin has gotten lately, and decided to up my water intake today! All I've had is some coffee, should I add more water to cancel that out as well? My goal is 80 and I'm at 0.

I'm in! I was just thinking the other day about how I don't drink enough water. I've had 0 oz so far today (only coffee), but was already planning to drink 16 oz with my lunch. So I'll aim for 60 oz.

@kick641: minimal amounts of caffeine don't 'count against' you for hydration. A cup of coffee is no biggie. I count one cup. I also count tea.

I'm in! Really trying to focus on water intake. My mom had preterm contractions at 5 months, and my doctor warned me I need to up my water intake now that I'm five months!

I'm in! I drank a big glass this morning, probably 14oz, but since then just lots of coffee. I'm going to try to drink 50 more oz!

I'm in. I've had one cup of tea so far, so if that counts maybe about 6 - 8 oz, so far? My goal is to drink more than that. haha

@blackbird: @.twist.: I feel so dumb right now! When I count water intake I ONLY count pure water! Never even occurred to me to count tea or coffee!
I drink an 8oz cup of coffee in the morning and a 12 oz cup of tea each afternoon - that's 20 ozs per day I never counted!

@Mamaof2: milk and juice can count towards hydration as well. You have to think, water is not the only way to hydrate our bodies. The thing people always think of is that juice has sugar, so do you want that? It's not bad but what's your ultimate goal? To be hydrated or to cut out sugar and/or other things.

I'm at 40/100 so far.
Nursing makes me sooooo thirsty. I'd be further along on my goal if my water bottle wasn't empty and a certain someone wasn't passed out on my lap.

I was starting to get a headache so I thought about how much water I'd had. Only 31 ounces at 2:00! I just had 16 more and feel better. 47/infinity needed lol

@Bao: Get a bigger water bottle! I'm serious - this is the only thing that helped me drink my recommended 64 ounces a day (at work - I drink more at home during the evenings)! I am a complete convert too, before about 6 months ago I would be lucky to have a single glass of water in 24 hours!

@Bao: Ha that's pretty good. Mine is a 32 and I've found it works well for me - one before lunch, refill, one after lunch and done for the day

I'm SO bad about this when I'm home. So far I've had probably 28oz. I aim for 80 ounces a day, at least.
I feel like having a bottle that has the Oz indicated me drink more! I'm going back to using a blender bottle!

I'm in! I've been making a conscious effort since the new year to drink more water because I rarely feel like I get enough. The only major issue I have with upping my water intake is going to the bathroom. All. The. Time. Somedays I have to go again basically on my way out, it's annoying.
Today I have had two cups of tea, and 1.5 bottles of water (so I've managed 750ml). I know we're having wine later so I want to finish another 750ml.
According to this website (http://www.slenderkitchen.com/how-to-calculate-how-much-water-you-should-drink-a-day/#), I should be drinking around 67oz per day, which is around 1980ml... that's a LOT of water! I would be peeing every 5 minutes.

DONE! I just finished 90 oz and I'm sure I'll drink more at home, though nowhere near as much.
@alohaorchid: @Mamaof2: the peeing gets better once your body gets used to it.
@wrkbrk: yes mine is 30 and it makes 90 oz easily obtainable. I'm much better at work than home though.

@jetsa: Way to go! I am at 68/80 so by the time I finish this glass and the twenty or so I drink while we do our last nursing of the night I should actually come close to 100. The crazy part is there were several times today where I was thirsty but just didn't have water nearby.
