So I wrote this post a little over a month ago....

And luckily that spot turned out to be non-cancerous. But now within the last couple of days my husband found another lump on my dogs chest now. It started out on Monday maybe the size of a marble, and now today it's at least the size of a golf ball. It's really soft and spongy though, and doesn't seem to hurt him at all. Since it's Sunday I'm really trying to avoid taking him to the ER vet (for money reasons) so I think I might wait and make an appointment first thing on Monday. My heart just breaks when I start googling things.
Has anyone had any experience with rapid growing lumps and bumps? Or do you know of anything specifically to watch for?
When we sent the other lump in to the pathologist, they said that there were aggressive cells, but none were cancerous. I guess I'm just so concerned now is because it's growing so fast, and in his other lump the cells were deemed "aggressive"....
