Hell yes. I out eat my husband, and I'm 20 pounds under pre-pregnancy weight. I think some of that happened during pregnancy (I went down a jean size in maternity clothes), but I eat like a horse and can maintain this weight. I just take it as karma- it took so long and so much money to get pregnant, that my body owes me this much:)

I ate anything and everything and astonishing quantities. I was back to pre baby weight by 6 weeks PP and then probably went down 5-10lbs from there. I felt like ALL I did was breastfeed. I've almost always been on the thinner side with a fairly high metabolism.
@NovBaby1112: when I stopped breastfeeding my appetite also dropped off pretty quickly.

After having LO I went down to my pp weight like right away- since then I have gained about 10 lbs!! I have no idea what's going on- but it does not make me a happy camper! I have been watching my intake he last few days and am planning on joining weight watchers soon!

I was down to PrePreg weight by 3 weeks PP but I also was in better shape during my pregnancy than before. I'm now down about 10 lbs due to BFing and walking and Dailey method classes. But I eat a ton and lots of snacks and desserts. Hoping my appetite changes whenever I wean!

@highwire: nope, I was one of the lucky ones that couldn't lose the last 10 until I was just about done breastfeeding.

I'm 3 months out and have 10 lbs to go. Weight loss stalled. From about 4 weeks to 8 weeks, and then started dropping quickly again. I'm not particularly hungry... We'll see what happens. I like to be active but it's been to hot for walks with babe.

Yes, althought I only pumped for 8 weeks, I lost all the baby weight + some. I really wish I would have done it longer for that purpose, unfortantely my baby had medicial issues that made more sense to switch to formula.

Sort of? I didn't alter my diet at all at the beginning and am currently eating whatever I want at about 5 lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight (LO is 8 months) without gaining anything back.
However I was limiting my carbs for about a month (but doing a crap job at it) in anticipation of my 10-year HS reunion and then got a crazy stomach flu that caused me to drop about 7 lbs in a week! I know I gained weight back after the flu as it was mostly water weight from being so dehydrated. I am hoping that I can continue to eat as I please for the remainder of the time I am BFing or even lose a few more lbs! A girl can dream, right?

Unfortunately, no. And it makes me sad. I still have about 12 preg pounds to lose and THEN I need to make my way through the 30 extra I was carrying before I got pregnant. Was really hoping the BF weight loss fairy would grant my wishes, but alas, no.

Noooo... I lost all but 7 pounds in the first three months, but I had to do weight watchers to get the rest of the weight off. It came off pretty easily, and if you've done WW while breast feeding, you know that they give you a crap ton of points, so I actually did eat a lot still and was able to lose the weight. But I needed the help and the accountability. I did not get the magical nursing weight loss fairy, I think she got lost on the way to my house!
