DH told me he left the freezer open last night. Half of my stored milk is done for, and my stash was already depleted from our move. I'm so pissed off and sad.
How did your day start?

Oh no! I would try to refreeze if still slushy. Hope your day gets better!

OH NO!!! I weep for you. I agree with @autumnlove: see if you can refreeze!

Some of them were slushy, so I'm re-freezing, but some were totally thawed.

Use as much thawed today as you can! You have 24 hours at least. Poor you! We lost my whole stash with DS during a cross country move.

Oh no! That's awful, I'm sorry.
My day started with the baby getting increasingly fussy and waking up every hour from 3:30 on, until she went into full screaming mode around 6:30. Fun. Now she is finally napping but we are all up for the day until the toddler naps.

Oh no! I'm sorry! Agree with using as much of the thawed as possible. You can pump this weekend and give bottles. Use them to make purees then freeze the purees in ice cube trays for later use, etc.
Our day started at 4:45am when the 3 yo woke up. She came into our bed and was coughing a ton. Then the baby woke up before 6 which means we were all up for the day then. Bleh

@regberadaisy: (We had an early-morning visit from the 3 year-old, too! Sorry for the early start). Speaking of purees--all my nicely cubed purees are now a big old mush. But baby has kind of lost interest in purees and has moved on to finger foods anyway, so I've moved on from that.
Okay, I've calmed down a bit. I can use a couple of the big ones today when I take DS1 to a basketball game and my mom has him. I'll pump and re-stock some of it, and generally I don't have too much trouble pumping, so I'll be able to make up for it if I focus on it. I just still have so much else going on, it was the last straw (first thing in the morning...)
@Foodnerd81: Don't they have the best timing?

@MrsSRS: We only moved across town and I was sooooo over it. I can't even imagine.

Oh no!! I'm so sorry I think that's every breastfeeding/pumping mom's worst nightmare!

And the day kept being awesome, with my 3 year-old puking all over himself and me at a local restaurant that only has carpet. I cleared our entire section, and the poor teenage kid who cleaned it up was super nice, but seriously. I'd be okay with this day being over.

@Jess1483: oh that's terrible! Would it help to know my 1 month old had a pooplosion... On an acquaintance who had asked to hold her? heres my baby- watch out for the poop!
Hope you can go to bed and tomorrow is way better!
