I LIVE to eat ethnic food!
I'm Chinese and I love Canto style, Shanghainese food (soup dumplings & shanghainese breakfast), Taiwanese food, etc etc...
I also love Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Colombian, Filipino, Indian, Afghan, Greek, dude I can't stop! lol. I want to eat almost everything I see in Bizarre Food!

I live in an Armenian neighborhood and love Armenian food, too -
Sushi and Thai are my top two. I also love Authentic Italian food & Greek food!

ALL of them. Seriously. But my favorites are Thai, Indian, sushi, and Mexican.
We are about to move to an area where there are not as many ethnic options are our fingertips, so I have really been beefing up my ethnic cooking skills!

Grew up in Hawaii around lots of Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Korean food, etc. I pretty much love and miss it all.

@Rubies: similar to other Mediterranean cuisine, different spices, sauces & garnishes. Lemon, mint, yogurt, pickled turnips are some thing you'll find w/ salads, sandwiches and kabobs.

Oh man so many things! Japanese, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Mexican, Ethiopian...the only food I've found I haven't been a huge fan of has been authentic French food.

korean, japanese, thai, vietnamese, mexican, spanish tapas and peruvian food. Yum!

Middle eastern and Mediterranean are my favorite. I will eat them for breakfast, dinner and lunch everyday.
But I also like most Indian foods and sushi.
Not much else...
I mean, who doesn't like pizza and tacos though? I wouldn't consider them truly ethnic anymore though because the ones I eat aren't genuinely ethnic!
