I want to be more present. Totally guilty of being on my phone when playing with the kids.
I want to be more patient. The whining! The whining! I just have no patience for it.
What about you?

I want to be more deliberate in my choices. I often just make a parenting choice to get the decision made and even though that has worked out fine so far, I'd like to be a little slower and more deliberate in my choices.

Definitely the phone thing. I also want to be braver; I have a hard time staying strong for her when she's crying through ultrasounds and I would love to change that.

I want to cut back on TV time... for myself and DS. It's just so hard to find enough activities to fill our day in the winter. I'm SO bored!

I want to start cooking again. And not just spaghetti and meatballs (sauce from a jar and frozen meatballs). It's so hard and I'm so exhausted every day, but I just have to figure out how to make it work.

I want to be more patient - I get frustrated too easily in the middle of the night when lo feeds and doesn't go back to sleep easily. I also want to enjoy her more - I seem to forget that they don't stay this age forever so I want to enjoy each new stage and milestone. She already seems to be growing too fast and she's only 6 months.

I need to cut back on tv time. I stopped watching while DS was awake for several months but it has slowly crept back into our days.

Working so hard on patience. I try to remind myself that Ben though he's only four months I'm modeling what behaviors I want him to have! When it comes on working on his sleep I'm trying to model patience and perseverance haha.

I want to be closer. I'm very independent but a lot of that is because I had to be. I don't confide in my parents at all. I go to them for business-type advice for the most part. I don't want to have that kind of relationship with my child.
