I won't wear white pumps, yellow shoes if they show dirt, patterned pants, too much animal print, baggy or skinny jeans, jean jackets, jean skirts, jean shorts, large floral prints or polo shirts!

You always start interesting threads!
I am pretty picky, plus quite a few current trends are not flattering on me, so there's a lot I won't wear. I don't do animal print, patterned pants, skinny jeans, anything Abercrombie-ish, polos, belts, super-billowy shirts, shorts of any kind, maxi dresses...I'm sure there are more but that's all I can think of.
pomelo / 5321 posts
Skinny jeans and patterned jeans are definitely on my list. Skinny jeans don't fit my body type and patterned jeans would just make things worse.
clementine / 889 posts
I stick to comfortable, functional basics when it comes to style.
I don't wear: heels of any sort, skinny jeans, leggings, animal prints, big sunglasses, floral prints, anything throwing around brand names (like VS PINK stuff), sweater dresses... I'm sure there are many other things too, but that is what I can think of right now.

White jeans, tea length dresses, tube tops, anything strapless, anything that exposes midriff, wool sweaters, neon, animal print (but shoes are cute), fake gold, Mexican silver, scented lotion, stillettos.
Basically, I have senitive skin, big calves, chunky with stretchmarks and (now) value my comfort over looking cute.

I won't wear polos (unless for work), heels, wedges, colored jeans (look weird on me), patterned pants (same), jean skirts, anything clingy, gray fitted clothes, dresses with large patterns, sweater dresses, shirts/jackets with the logo all over it, annnd flare jeans.
cantaloupe / 6923 posts
Hmmmm, pretty much everything you ladies won't wear I happen to wear. I won't wear scarves though, I hate things on my neck.
GOLD / wonderful coffee bean / 18478 posts
Polo and button down shirts are my two big no-no's. I do not like pointy shoes. I haven't tried out the floral jean trend yet. Not sure I will.
pineapple / 12526 posts
Turtlenecks, leggings as pants, Uggs, polos, animal print more than a belt/headband/etc, colored or patterned pants, jean skirts, neons or pastels, pointy toe shoes, "boho" style clothing, anything see-through, all-over sequins, matchy-matchy outfits where everything is the same color, anything with a peplum....
I'm sure there is more. I'm really not into today's fashion. I favor basics and layering. I only like very few patterns (stripes, plaid, polka dots and chevron, mostly) and I wear mostly black/gray and jewel tones.

I don't wear turtlenecks, polo shirts, or neon colors.
apricot / 491 posts
mullet skirts, shorts, skinny jeans, tights-as-pants, stripper shoes, big logos (sporting teams excluded), animal print, pastels, anything that has to be dry cleaned
GOLD / wonderful coconut / 33402 posts
skinny jeans, mullet skirts/dresses, spandex or anything super tight, leather (unless a jacket)
I am a pretty basic dresser.
pomegranate / 3383 posts
I'm a pretty basic dresser with a big helping of trendy so I will wear any pattern (tops and bottoms) and almost any colour. I don't like dressing preppy though so I won't wear polo shirts and tight fitting blouses (all of mine are more flowy and I always roll the sleeves to 3/4 length). The only thing I can think of that I am 100% opposed to is open-toed booties.
pomegranate / 3314 posts
Hate, hate, hate my legs - so basically anything that emphasizes/draws attention to them, unfortunately. Although, I did break the "no shorts" rule this past summer - even with my post-pregnancy mess of a body - just because it was too hot.

Baseball caps
mullet skirts
anything with a prominent logo or logo pattern
lacy clothes
fur or fake fur
backless clothes (I have to wear a bra!)
Some prints (I'm picky about prints)
Nothing extremely low cut
Camouflage
Most of the Vineyard Vines-like options for women - I don't want to say preppy because I like some preppy items. I don't know how to better describe this.
GOLD / papaya / 10206 posts
I'm fussy about anything that isn't bra-friendly. I need to wear a bra and I hate when straps show.
pomegranate / 3809 posts
@anonysquire: I used to hate scarves too, but now I cant live without them in the winter. I use them for warmth though, not fashion.
@Sammyfab: YES! The open toe boots, I don't understand those at all!
As for everything else, pretty similar to you ladies. I have a fairly conservative classic style I think. Nothing too trendy, tight, revealing, or loud.
pomegranate / 3895 posts
Shorts, polos, capri pants, rompers/jumpsuits, anything emblazoned with logos, skirts/dresses with uneven hemlines, all the heels that are out right now with ridiculously tall platforms and stilettos...I'm already 5'10" and I don't feel like looking like a stripper.
apricot / 290 posts
I don't like logos (like Juicy on my bottom or gap across my chest) unless its Tory Burch on my shoes...and I hate turtlenecks. But I've found that there are certain things pre-baby that I would have never worn (leggings/jeggings) that I love now...and vice versa.
honeydew / 7444 posts
@glimmersnaps: haha, i had no idea they were called mullet skirts!
I wont wear ruched dresses, mock neck button down shirts (do they look good on anyone?), anything where the designer's name is prominently displayed, animal print, jeggings.
There is also a list of clothing i CANT wear anymore because of post-partume body but that's a whole other thread.
pomelo / 5331 posts
Most florals or plaid, those shirts where the sleeves are really wide and drapey, halter or tube tops, anything tight (unless it's a tight shirt now with the pregnancy, which is totally different than pre-pregnancy when anything tight just showed off fat), heels 99% of the time (I have one comfortable pair that I wear when I HAVE to wear them), booties, logos, short shorts, high-neck shirts
pomegranate / 3716 posts
Anything strapless... just doesn't look right on me!!
Button-down shirt - always gape/pop open
Turtlenecks - makes me look too top heavy
pear / 1664 posts
Jeggings. I bought a pair and thought it looked good in the store, Then i caught a glimpse of myself in a reflection and yeah. Those went right to the donation bin.
coconut / 8279 posts
I can't do leggings. I feel like they are almost always somewhat see-through and have seen too many bums & thongs in public to chance it myself.
I also can't do those shirts that are gathered right above the hips, they roll straight up my muffin top to under my bust. Not cute. I'm pulling my shirt down all day.
pomegranate / 3244 posts
Leggings as pants. Nope, won't do it. Also hate anything that is strapless. Have not or will not ever wear a strapless top/dress in my lifetime.
honeydew / 7687 posts
@stiffaknee I know, I never ever had leggings until I was pregnant and they're so comfy!! Trying to make sure they're thick & my butt is covered.. but there is no way I'm getting rid of them post-partum
I don't wear turtlenecks, pastels, jumpsuits, rompers, polos, button-down shirts, booties, open toe boots, or anything with logos. I'll also probably never wear anything with ruching after being pregnant for fear of looking like I'm in maternity clothes!!
I also wear a cami under almost everything, which my Mom and Sister find baffling but for some reason I can't be very comfortable without one! It just feels "smoothing" - it's not a modesty thing.
cantaloupe / 6751 posts
So many things but I guess mainly : hats, turtlenecks, skinny jeans, heels taller than 2.5 inches, polos, and button down shirts
blogger / persimmon / 1220 posts
Turtlenecks, high heels, polos, leopard print, white pants, hats, mini skirts/dresses, strapless tops, rompers, big logos, anything super tight
