Beef stew is on the menu, other than that I'm stuck!

Tonight: chef salad (with leftover turkey!)
Sunday: Santa Fe chicken in crock pot (chicken breasts, Rotel, black beans, can corn, onion, garlic, a block of cream cheese - mix up and serve over brown rice) w/ side salad
Monday: spaghetti and salad
Tuesday: DH out, just me - leftovers
Wed: omelets/scrambled eggs
Thurs: ?? Gotta think of something -
I just made a turkey pot pie, just have to bake it closer to LO's bedtime so we can eat it after she's asleep.
We are also having butternut squash and ricotta pizza, spaghetti squash with chicken sausage, chicken sausage and root vegetable bake, and turkey meatloaf with green beans. (We actually sat down and made a list of meals this morning, which we are never organized enough to do!)

Visiting my family. Last night we went out for Korean BBQ, tonight we're having hot pot, tomorrow night we're going to be at my other brother's for my nephew's birthday party.
