yesterday we hung out at home, i baked, last night we went to the movies and out for ice cream. today i'm chillin my my bathrobe til noon, getting things done around the house, then we're going bowling and to dinner. tomorrow morning we'll go to church and then catch up on laundry/errands to be ready for the week ahead

Today I'm taking care of DS, going to the gym, and DH invited my ILs over for dinner.
Tomorrow I'm crossing fingers that DS has a full belly and is in the mood to nap by church time tomorrow. We've only been back once and had to leave before it even started because he woke up mad

Maybe heading to the mall today to see if I can find shorts in my size on clearance! I am 7 weeks postpartum so I have almost noooo clothes in the size I need.

Also going to a block party this afternoon! I am excited for that, hopefully it will cool off around here without a crazy storm!

It's DH's birthday weekend (tomorrow is his day), so tonight we're grilling out and tomorrow we're going out to eat with all the family.

We're thinking about going berry picking gain or maybe to the zoo this morning. DS's bed will be coming this afternoon so both kids will be switching out their beds today - yikes! Tomorrow we're going to smoke/grill and have some neighbors over.

I've got to meet up with work colleagues at a picnic for the first time since our move! Eeep!

DH is at work for another hour or so, and when he gets home we are going up to my mom's house for the night. My grandpa and his wife still haven't met the baby because he hates driving in the Bay Area.

We were going to go to SD Zoo ... then I remembered ComicCon is this weekend, so we're going to the wild animal park instead

We are doing boring house stuff today-- cleaning, organizing, laundry... Tomorrow we are going to a Buy Buy Baby registry "event" to buy everything else we need for a 20% discount. I wish I had this end of pregnancy nesting energy burst I've heard about but I pretty much have a few good hours a day before I'm too tired to do anything.

We're currently driving from NC to DH's aunt's cabin in MD. An exchange student from Sweden that his family hosted in HS is visiting with her family (they're also sort of related...she is FIL's xousib's step-granddaughter?) Anyway, we're having dinner with them. She has two little boys (the younger is a bit older than E) so we're hoping they'll play together well. Then we're finally heading home.

Tomorrow we'll probably just laze at home and decompress from this past week+. Maybe make a Costco run.

Took a nice long nap this afternoon, then played outside. The rain held off, so we played in the sprinkler and decided to make mountain pies for dinner.
