I gained a bit of weight this week, so I'm being good today. I'm having a turkey sandwich with Laughing Cow garlic & herb cheese with baked salt and pepper chips and an apple or banana.

Leftover beef empanadas with rice and black beans. I wish there was more!

Leftovers here too! Pork and veggie stir fry over shredded cabbage. I am attempting to eat healthier and add more veggies to my diet (DH got the meal with rice).
