A few weekend trips and being able to nurse/change DD outside instead of having to go home or indoors every time.

I'm a total nerd, but we sodded last year and I'm excited to see if the grass comes back pretty.

@Smurfette: It was sooo expensive and such a labor of love. I've been worried about it all winter and keep telling my husband I think we need a grass nanny. I can't be up watering my grass at 5 AM and be taking care of a newborn this summer.
