Just for fun i thought I would start this thread. Besides the obvious lack of sleep that I won't miss....I definitely had a moment this morning after L had his second bath of the morning due to his second consecutive, up-his-back blowout atomic bomb that he got his arms and hands in while i was wiping him down, I realized that as much as I love having an adorable little baby to cuddle, play with, and love....i don't think I will miss scrubbing said atomic poop out of his pj's and changing pad covers.

The constant need for a diaper bag with everything under the sun when we go out somewhere. She's still super young (10weeks) so I worry about leaving without a stocked bag and it's just so much stuff to carry around.

For me I'm so ready for her to growout of spitup/vomit. I hate going places and having to have 4 outfits for her and 2 for me just in case she has an episode. Hopefully she grows out of this really soon after 8 1/2 months, this momma is so over it

@Pumpkinspice: i totally feel like this too. the rare times i go out without L, it's liberating *only* bringing my purse and being able to just freely come and go.
@LuLu Mom: yucky. i'm lucky L has never spit up that much, but I still bring extra outfits because i never know when he will have a blowout!

The general helplessness of babies. It'll be so much more fun when she can put herself to sleep, bathe herself, use the toilet on her own... We'll be able to do a lot more out and about together!

I won't miss the biting. or digging in the garbage. or throwing things in the toilet. or throwing food on the floor.
oh... I guess that's pretty much toddlers haha.
I def don't miss the lack of sleep! I'm still dealing with diapers though. I honestly didn't mind until about 8-9 months when they started to smell.
I'm so tired!!
