Good morning everyone!
This weekend we are going to a field day that my friend is hosting -- a picnic plus tons of games like tug of war, water balloon fight, etc. at a local park.
Then we are having some friends over for dinner in our backyard!

I have an overnight shift Saturday night, which is too bad because there is so much going on this weekend. And I switched as a favor to a colleague, so I wouldn't have even had to do this weekend if I was more selfish

We're taking a day trip home so I can get a haircut (yes, I drive 1 1/2 hours for a haircut) and then we're going to my dad's for dinner and to tell him our baby news!

Nothing, just hanging out as usual. My cousin just had a baby on Wednesday so I might try to visit her little girl. Other than that...Nada!

Not too much, cleaning since I put it off yesterday in favor of reading my book. We have a wedding reception to attend on Saturday night and that is it!

Today I'm starting acupuncture, I have to work later this evening for a bit. Tomorrow I need to do some serious cleaning! And BIL has a football game we'll go to. Maybe see if I can sneak in a hair color, forgot to call for an appointment but I'm hopeful!

Today I am hoping to go swimming at the in-laws. On Sunday I am doing the March for Babies for the March of Dimes. It should be a good time! I hope I can handle the 3 miles at 7 weeks pp. I haven't prepped much!

Working a volunteer project for Weddingbee, baby shower, church, and post-church lunch. This is low-key compared to a lot of weeks recently, so I'm excited!

I wouldn't be opposed to having a baby...but if that doesn't happen probably lots of sitting around trying to relax and maybe going out to enjoy a last baby-free meal or two.

Tonight I'm making some berry cobblers for tomorrow and tomorrow morning we have our home inspection at 8:30, our first baby shower (my sister is in town from out of state and won't be back until LO is born so we are having an immediate family, co-ed backyard BBQ shower). I know that it's really early but oh well, I'm just trying to have faith. On Sunday we're celebrating my sister's 21st birthday!

leaving for vacation tomorrow!!! sooo excited. Just finishing up last-minute preparations today. Making two batches of granola, cleaning the house, just finished the laundry... yay!! so excited

We're leaving for Richmond tonight, will stay there with my BFF that I haven't seen in 6 months until Sunday morning, and then we're headed down to Sunset Beach in NC to spend a week at the beach with DH's family. I need to start packing soon....too lazy to move yet, though.

I have a baby shower tomorrow. Well more like meet the baby for some friends who adopted. I also have a 1yr old birthday party tomorrow too. Dont ask how I am going to do both because I have not figured it out yet but I have to. Then tomorrow night my inlaws get in and will be visiting for a few weeks. Busy, busy, busy!

The Houston Symphony is giving a free concert at the park tonight so my husband, bil, his gf, and I are taking a picnic and going. Tomorrow we are all going sailing. It's my first time so I'm really excited! Sunday my husband and I are going to see Brave.
The only downside to the weekend is we'll have to do some yard work.

We have my oldest sons visit with his birth father on Saturday and birth mother on Sunday. Then I think we might take the kids to Disneyland Sunday afternoon

We're going to Hilton Head Island on Sunday! Mini 4th of July vacay since DH is off the entire week next week!
It'll be LO's first time at the beach and my first time seeing the Atlantic!
